1. Go out in the sun without sunscreen or visit the tanning beds too often. In a short time, your skin will look leathery and old. Tanning dries out the skin, can lead to skin problems of other sorts. In addition, the UV rays cause all sorts of things to happen to the skin from wrinkles to skin cancer.
2. Don’t cleanse and tone your skin. This will cause oil and debris to clog your pores. You can get acne this way and it can leave scars on your skin. This makes for a very attractive look, NOT! However, if the older, more unattractive look is what you want this is one of the things to do to achieve it. Acne scars can last a lifetime, so this look will stay with you for a long time.
3. Scrub your face with harsh detergents. This will damage your skin by drying it out. Once the skin is dry it will produce more sebum, which can cause the same acne and scarring that is mentioned in #2. This means that you need to throw away any gentle face wash you have and just grab a bar of strong soap.
4. Treat your delicate eye area roughly. This will cause bad bags under your eyes. These are not easily hid with makeup either, so you will look tired and old instead of young and vibrant, but if that the look you are going for you will succeed. Not using eye creams will allow wrinkles to appear in the corner of the eyes. This gives you an aged look that is not pretty.
5. Just keep on drinking alcoholic beverages in excess you will harm your liver and once this happens, it can show on your skin and in your eyes. In no time, you will notice the signs not just of aging, but also of illness showing on your skin and body. When you liver quits functioning correctly this could make you appear jaundice, pale and sickly looking. It can even lead to death, but hey, you do not care about looking healthy, so proceed.
6. Eat plenty of processed food and junk food. This does nothing to help your skin look supple and young. It will do the exact opposite. You will not be eating the types of nutrients that make your skin fight off the effects of aging. It is a terrific way to make your skin look older and uglier.
7. Let your skin become dry and flakey. This sets up the right conditions for wrinkles and fine lines to appear. Just ignore the fact that your skin is dry and cracking. Throw out that moisturizer you bought the other day, you will not need it if you are aiming for an older, unattractive appearance.
8. Smoking can show on your skin after a while. It kills valuable vitamins in your body. Women’s skin especially can take a beating with this bad habit. If you indeed want to degrade your looks quickly, keep smoking those cigarettes. You could also develop lung cancer, which will not only have aging effects on you it could, but also could kill you.
9. Ignore skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis. Just let them be, without giving them any treatment to alleviate their symptoms. If you have plaque, psoriasis this could lead to some very crusty areas of skin!
10. Gain weight and stretch your skin all out of shape. This will produce lovely stretch marks on your arms, legs and other parts of your body. Once these appear you can wear them like badges of something to be proud of, hurray you are becoming less attractive by the minute. Stretch marks also make your skin look older than it is.
11. Use the wrong products on your skin. If you have oily skin, just use the products for dry skin. More oil could lead to more acne breakouts and even scarring. However, if you skin is dry use the products meant for oily skin, this will make you skin even dryer.
12. Forget about taking care of your scalp. After all, this is skin just use harsh shampoos that damage your scalp. This in turn will not only harm the skin on your scalp, but it could encourage dandruff to occur, along with harming your hair. Oh how this will add to your older and uglier appearance.
13. Do not drink water if you want to ugly up your appearance. Every part of your body needs hydration to function as it is intended. Leave off the water and you do risk having many problems not just skin problems. This results in effects of premature aging, along with other health issues.
As you can see these are all things that are not really good for you and your body. They will prematurely age you and destroy your natural beauty. However, you evidently want this look if you are doing any or all of the above things.
Now, if older and ugly is not your thing, then don’t do the things said above, it is up to you.
